Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders (Prepaid & COD).
  
• International: Shipping charges based on weight; shown at checkout. Import duties/taxes (if any) to be paid by the customer. No returns/cancellations for international orders.
  
• Dispatch Timelines: 4–7 working days. During peak/festive seasons, may take 10–15 days extra.
  

Receiving Orders

• Record an unboxing video & photos (with timestamp) within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• Do not accept damaged/open parcels. Share proof with us via email.
  

Cancellations

• Prepaid & COD orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours.
