What is your return policy?
We do not provide monetary refunds. The amount of your purchase will be given to you in the form of Store Credit Coupon on the occasion of returns and will be applicable on your next purchase.

What is Partial COD?
Partial COD means that a small portion of the Cash on Delivery amount is collected in advance as a processing fee. This amount is already included in the product’s MRP—there are no extra or hidden charges.
This upfront fee helps us cover delivery and COD processing costs, which are incurred even if an order is not accepted at the time of delivery. For this reason, the processing fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the parcel is accepted or returned.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. This system helps us ensure smoother deliveries and continue offering COD as a convenient payment option for our customers.
